Bethany Grace LMT, CST, BCTMB
Bethany is a native Minnesotan who has traveled extensively abroad and across the United States. Her love for different cultures opened her mind to the fascinating ways of doing life all over the world. In 2016 Bethany started her personal healing journey with yoga. In 2016 Bethany trained with Holy Yoga, completing her 200-hour Instructor Training. She continued on to complete the 300-Hour Therapy training, 300-Hour Yoga Masters training, and training for Yoga Touch. These classes opened her eyes to the wonder of the human body.
To continue this learning, she attended Northwestern Health Sciences University and received a degree in Therapeutic Massage. This education included extensive classes in anatomy and physiology, along with a broad range of specialty training including working with trauma, and massage techniques for sports, hospice, hospitals, oncology, geriatrics, infants, children, scar tissue, and orthopedic injuries.
In 2021 she completed courses in Dynamic Body Balancing, the blending of Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Unwinding taught by Dr. Carol J. Phillips and learned of the profound ways the body is able to heal itself if it has loving, purposeful attention and freedom.
Bethany's passion is to guide clients to a place of awareness in their own bodies, offer proven skills to aid in their healing, and equip them with the tools to maintain and expand that healing in their personal life.
Bethany is a member of AMTA and is board certified for bodywork through NCBTMB.
